COGITO CREATIVE, LLC - COVID-19 SAFE FILMING POLICY

before shooting

  • All employees and contractors are to stay home if showing any symptoms of a virus, particularly COVID-19 (this also applies if they are in contact with someone with the following). Symptoms include: FEVER, COUGH, AND SHORTNESS OF BREATH.

  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces and handles in studio and common areas

  • Disinfect and wipe equipment

  • Wash hands thoroughly

  • Practice appropriate hygiene at home and avoid others with symptoms

during the shoot

  • Sanitize hands every hour

  • Wipe down equipment and high-touch surfaces during breaks

  • Utilize UV-light air purifier in the studio when in use

  • We will have water accessible, stay hydrated

  • Sneeze and cough in inner-elbow if necessary

  • No touching eyes, nose, or mouth

  • Report any unsanitary behavior

  • Face masks required and gloves available upon request

  • Maintain a safe distance from others

after the shoot

  • Wash hands upon wrapping set

  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces and handles in studio and common areas

  • Disinfect and wipe equipment

  • We will hold all the doors open on your way out, the less you touch the better
